(b) Redistribute 8kit (or derivative works) as part of a paid or hosted product/service, unless expressly licensed by Digital Stratagems Limited.
(c) Remove or obscure any copyright or license notices contained in 8kit.
2. PERMITTED USES
2.1. The following uses are explicitly permitted under this license:
(a) Internal Use: Running, modifying, or deploying 8kit within your own organisation for internal business purposes.
(b) Personal / Non-Commercial Use: Using 8kit for personal projects, education, or research.
(c) Consulting & Services: Providing professional services (e.g. installation, configuration, workflow design) for customers who self-host 8kit in their own environment.
3. COMMERCIAL LICENSING
3.1. If you wish to:
(a) Host 8kit for third parties
(b) Embed 8kit in a paid product or SaaS
(c) Offer 8kit as part of a managed service
3.2. You must obtain a commercial license from Digital Stratagems Limited at sales@8kit.io

4.1. You must preserve all copyright and license notices in any redistribution or derivative works.
