8kit Sub-processors
Effective date: 1 September 2025
This page identifies the third-party service providers ("sub-processors") engaged by Digital Stratagems Limited to support delivery of the 8kit Service.
Each sub-processor listed below may process limited personal data on behalf of 8kit customers, as described in the 8kit Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

Notes:
- DigitalOcean hosts the core 8kit cloud environment used to deliver the Service.
- Google Workspace is used by Digital Stratagems Limited to store and manage customer-related information such as account correspondence and support documentation.
- Google Analytics is used only on our marketing website (8kit.io) and not within customer data processed through the hosted 8kit Service.
- Resend is used solely for sending system-generated and user-initiated emails on behalf of 8kit. It does not have access to broader customer data or workflow content beyond the necessary email metadata and message content required for delivery.
2. Customer-specific Data Processing
At the time of publication, no additional sub-processors are used to process customer-controlled personal data within the hosted 8kit Service itself.
If we later engage additional infrastructure or service providers (for example, for storage, email delivery, or monitoring), those will be added to this list when applicable.
3. Updates to This List
This list of sub-processors may change from time to time as we evolve our infrastructure and services.
We will update this page to reflect any new or removed sub-processors.
Customers are encouraged to check this page periodically for the most current information.
